Working thesis

Delivery is fragmented across platforms. Nape3 explores whether equivalent offers can be normalized into one comparable market.

Initial customer

An urban consumer who already uses multiple delivery apps and wants to compare a common purchase across them without manually checking each platform.

Initial problem

The same purchase intent can appear across multiple delivery platforms with different product names, item prices, delivery fees, discounts, and delivery times.

Nape3 aims to transform those heterogeneous offers into comparable records.

Initial wedge

Food delivery, starting with highly substitutable categories such as açaí, pizza, hamburgers, and prepared meals.

Product boundary

The MVP is not a generic shopping agent and not an autonomous buyer.

The first product is a multi-delivery comparison layer focused on:

  1. collecting offers;
  2. normalizing equivalent products;
  3. calculating effective price;
  4. returning comparable results;
  5. explaining how the comparison was produced.

Core statement

Delivery platforms organize commerce by merchant. Nape3 explores what happens when the market is organized by intent.
